On November 30, 1957 Charles killed a gas station attendee, and soon after killed Caril’s family, her mother, father, 2 year old sister, and 2 others. From then on his killing spree escaladed, he was now wanted for murder, as was Caril. Then they loaded up their guns and left, Caril and Charles went on a mass-murdering road trip spree, eventually tallying up their victim count to 11.

Erik and Lyle Menendez, also know as the Menendez Brothers, pulled off a teens “dream”. Growing up the brothers lived a wealthy privileged household. On January 10, 1968 Lyle Menendez was born to Kitty and Jose Menendez. Then again on November 27, 1970 Erik Menendez was born. Lyle did not fit in at school and was quick to develop a nasty temper along with sociopathic impulses. Growing up Erik lived in the shadow of his older brother, he too was an outcast at school, Erik was fairly smart, and yet quite and sensitive: the contrast of his brother.
In the teen age years, the boys developed nasty habits and eventually lead to the killing of their parents. They killed their father because he was not a good man, verbally abusive to them and their mother, and probably physically abusive to their mother as well. Thus the boys decided to “protect” their mother from their father and kill her as well. Soon after their parents were murdered Lyle called the police and investigations began. The brothers wasted no time, they indulged in their new found riches, Lyle bought a Rolex watch, a Porsche, and many other expensive toys.
While Lyle was living the high life Erik was coping awfully with his parents’ deaths. Eventually Erik confessed to a therapist, and they were apprehended. In 1933 each brother was tried in differing courts, a verdict was never found. Then finally after a retry in October of 1995, both brothers were tried together and in March of 1996 they were charged with the murder of their parents, and sentenced to life in prison without parole.

Joshua Phillips was convicted of murder at the age of 14. One day his mother was cleaning his room; she peaked underneath his bed and discovered that there was water on his floor. She figured that it was a leak in his waterbed and looked to see if it needed fixing. After witnessing his bed covered with duct tape Joshua’s mother decided to scope the damage. After removing the duct tape she discovered a scene she never thought was possible. Joshua Phillips’ mother discovered the body of Maddie Clifton, an 8 year old neighbor that had been missing for seven days.
Joshua was arrested and tried, because he was under 16 the death penalty was unlawful. Joshua was convicted and sentenced to life in prison without an hops of being released. Joshua never stated his motives for killing Maddie, and claimed that he “accidentally” hit her in the eye with a bat, and then dragged her to his room and stabbed her. However the jury did not buy into his story.

Mary Bell was born to Bill Bell and Betty Bell, into a family situation that had many complications. Mary grew up thinking Bill was her father when in fact he was not, who Mary’s biological father is still remains a mystery. Mary’s “father” was a criminal whom had been arrested for armed robbery. Mary’s mother was an alleged prostitute, who Mary claimed forced her to partake in sexual relations with her customers at the age of 4.
At age 11 Mary committed homicide. Mary murdered Brain Howe and covered his body using purple weeds and grass. A few days later Mary struck again, this time killing 3-year-old Martin Brown by asphyxiation. She cut his hair off, stabbed him in the thighs and partially skinned his genitals. Separate from his injuries Mary carved a letter M into his stomach.
An investigation took place and was eventually narrowed down. When asked about the on goings Mary simply described in explicit details a pair of scissors whom a friend of Brian owned. After Mary was tried her mother sold her story to the press on multiple occasions.
Eventually, Mary was placed into an all boys’ correction facility after her trial ended. She was too young to be sent to Prison and too unstable and dangerous to be placed into a mental hospital. Mary was released when she turned 23 and fought and won a case granting her and her daughters anonymity in what is now know as the Mary Bell Order.

Jesse Pomeroy was born on November 29, 1859 in Charlestown Massachusetts. Jesse went on a killing, torturing spree when he was only 11 years old. Which earned him the title as America’s youngest person convicted of murder.
Jesse in total took and trapped 7 children at a remote location, stripped them naked, tied them up, beat them with bats, stabbed them with pins, and tortured them with knives. After these crimes he was caught and taken to a reformation school but was released a year and a half later because of good behavior.
After his release, Jesse killed again. He kidnapped and murdered a 10-year-old Katie Curran and was accused of murdering a 4 year-old-boy as well. The 4-year-old was found extremely mutilated in Dorchester Bay, sadly the boy’s family and friends never found peace because there was not enough information to pin the death on Jesse. He was however charged with the murder of Katie Curran after her missing body was foolishly left in the basement of Pomeroy’s mother’s work place basement. Jesse was sentenced to life in prison, which he served in solitary confinement where he would later die at age 72 of natural causes.
